We want you to adore your Coolwee purchase, so we make returns free and as easy as possible.
We’ll cover the shipping; all we ask is that you send the product(s) back within 90 days, in its original packaging. We are only able to accept returns for purchases made directly through our website. To start your return process

If you would like to exchange your product(s) for another we offer a prepaid shipping label for 90 days after your purchase date, however we ask that you return the product(s) in its original packaging.
